1. The Central Sun is described as a Goddess consciousness, growing more active, now emitting an "Ocean of Cosmic Love" tied to the current awakening; tachyons were the first particles it produced. Cobra was contacted by the Pleiadians to make tachyons available to humanity, and chambers plus products now exist for that purpose. Pleiadians and Sirians have physical bodies with 5th–6th dimensional consciousness — not fully "ascended" themselves. Cobra's own first Pleiadian contact was in 1977; he initially resisted returning to Earth, and it took about 30 minutes of conversation to convince him back inside the Matrix specifically to help prevent a nuclear war.

2. The Galactic Central Sun is the source of higher evolution and a portal to higher dimensions; light is described as tachyons' slowest speed, not a ceiling. Tachyons harmonize everything at a quantum level. Tachyon technology was a gift from the Pleiadians; the veil around the planet is artificial; chambers bring tachyons to the surface; the ionosphere absorbs them; tachyons go directly to the source of an illness. Cintamani stones come from the Sirius system — King Solomon and Nicolas Roerich are both said to have owned samples, and Cobra reports having had small samples himself.

3. Personal ascension is the activation of the light body and full embodiment of the I AM Presence, with Pleiadian assistance for both individual and planetary ascension. Cobra describes his product line (tachyonized Cintamani stones and other crystals/products) as aiding that liberation effort.

4. The Galactic Central Sun provides energy inside and outside the galaxy, transmitted partly as tachyons — the first matter created at the birth of the universe. Tachyons don't connect to ordinary matter, can't be corrupted or misused, and transmute negative energy while transforming the Primary Anomaly. Cobra describes starting chamber construction 14 years before this note on Pleiadian instruction, with chambers now spread worldwide and future cooperation planned with space agencies on tachyon-enriched products. Ascension is framed as both individual and collective, and accelerating.

The Galactic Superwave is described as a heartbeat pulse from the Central Sun roughly every 13,000 years (one large wave, one smaller one), activating the physical Sun — what's separately called the "solar flash." It travels faster than light, emitting tachyons and other particles, affecting the whole galaxy and carrying activating energy for individual ascension.

6. Decisions are said to shape space/time directly, since both are described as adaptable, conforming to the strongest Will Presence present. Physical matter is framed as a standing wave rather than something solid, changeable through technology or consciousness. The manifestation principle given is "energy flows where attention goes" — practiced by carrying and focusing daily on a silver coin, later graduating to gold, with daily focus said to build a supporting energy vortex. Sacred geometry (mandalas, the Flower of Life) is described as amplifying Divine Will alongside sound and light; placing an intention at the Bindu, the center point of a Flower of Life, and then inside a tachyon chamber is said to manifest it faster still.

7. The Central Sun emanates a strong field including tachyons — the first matter, highest possible vibration, incorruptible. Cobra again dates the first chamber to 14 years before this note. "Beyond the veil" is described as wonderful, saturated with tachyons; products mentioned include EMF-protection items, Fluorite (5th-dimensional connection), and Moldavite (Pleiadian connection).
